We at The Common Sense Canadian strongly urge you to see economist Erik Anderson demonstrate how the Campbell government is deliberately bankrupting BC Hydro!

Victoria Community TV Presents:

Face to Face with Big Trouble at BC Hydro

Retired economist Erik Anderson discusses a troubling and possibly sinister financial situation at BC Hydro. And he asks: Is BC Hydro being put in financial jeopardy in order to privatize it. This is shocking and almost unbelievable stuff and must be seen by all. Once again we see the Media and the NDP silent, the government corrupt, and our future being put at great risk. The stage is being set for something that may make the BC Rail fraud look small.

On Channel 11 in Victoria and Saltspring Island ...

Saturday, Nov. 27 at 11AM and 11:30PM
Sunday, Nov 28 at 10AM and 9PM

Face to Face with Jack Etkin #48: Erik Anderson from ICTV Victoria on Vimeo.

... and in order to really get what he is saying, you should watch this more than once...

I think it is the fault of the central bankers. They are financing the forced privetisation of any industry that they can get money from money from.
Imagine having a never ending source or money. Now think what or who you can buy with that.
If I had that money I could force a company into my hands too.

There are so many counter-factual statements in this video That I don't know where to begin.

This guy has no knowledge of the hydro industry in BC. He is an air traffic technician !!!

For one, no creek is sold to energy producers. Creeks are LEASED between 15 to 40 years to a producer and then taken back.

as I've said before in other venues:
the give-aways and sweetheart deals that are a part of the BC Hydro story today suggest that someone if not several people are somehow being paid off - why isn't someone digging into this sort of thing, and if they are, why are we not hearing about it?? And of course the same could be said about BC Rail, the fish farms, etc.

More fundamentally, isn't it about time we the great unwashed insist that everything proposed by governments of whatever stripe be announced clearly in advance so that citizens can see exactly what is going on at any time.

We only have to look at the absolute 'energy' boondoggle being foisted on the taxpayer in Ontario.....it could break the Province. The rates will be overwhelming. The marriage of government with private industries reminds us all of the formula that foisted National Socialism on Germany, and those lessons have or are being adopted across the western world, and particularly in Canada.

In BC the same bunch are going for the same controls...BC
energy is now sailing under the scrutiny of the public, but it is only a matter of time till we all see the same problems in Ontario affecting the People of BC.

    Wow, frightening.
As Corky Evans would, I am sure, say ; Just take it back!!
When we swing so very far to the right as we are doing then the only way out is to swing to the left!
Tear up the agreements & tell the Run of River crowd to b***er off.
